For making an international Money transfer or two log in to FastNet Classic internet banking and then select Foreign Exchange.

  • Enter the SWIFT code of your beneficiary bank (where you wish to transfer your funds), in other case you need to search for the beneficiary bank’s full details.   • Beneficiary Name: Recipients full name (as written in account)\

  1. What Do I Do If I Have Sent A Payment To A Closed Or Incorrect New Zealand Bank Account?

If you make a payment to a closed bank account, it will be returned by the receiving bank within a few business days.

 

But if your payment is made to an incorrect account, you need to contact the payee and request for the money to be returned to your bank account.

The company can send a request to the payee to return your funds, but it is not guaranteed that you will receive the funds. Also, there is a $40 fee for this service.
